We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager in charge of the Quality and Engineer deparments. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO/AS Standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality management and data analysis and performance metrics.**Responsibilities:**- Conduct quality audits to identify and address potential issues in our manufacturing processes.- Analyze data to ensure compliance with ISO/AS Standards.- Develop and implement quality control systems to prevent defects and ensure product reliability.- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for Quality and Engineering personnel.- Implement and maintain a quality management system.- Collaborate with HR regarding training to production staff on quality procedures and standards.**Requirements:**- 10 years experience in manufacturing operations.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality control, or a related field.- Proven experience in quality assurance and QMS, in a manufacturing environment.- Familiarity with quality management systems and their implementation.
