Additionally, you will:Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your teamSupport your Pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing their Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gapsIdentify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy and work toward successfully implementing those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goalsAdapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare settingSeek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomesAlign others around our purpose to bring your heart to every moment of your health and gain support and commitmentFacilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and prideApply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitorsEducation:PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS HealthRequired Qualifications:PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health0-3 years prior relevant work experienceMust possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOPStrong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skillsComplete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframeAbility to:Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekendsBe mobile and remain upright for extended periods of timeLift, scan, and bag itemsFinger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or armReach overhead; able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp itemsExtend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift itemsPrecision control: able to adjust machines to exact positionsStoop to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles to move items between low and high positions, including bending spine at the waistVisual Acuity: Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small partsAble to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customersOccasional lifting of up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objectsAbility To:Obtain required pharmacist licensure within required timeframe per state guidelinesHave regular and predictable attendance including nights, weekends and holidaysComplete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or managerComplete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelinesPreferred Qualifications:Immunization eligibility3-5 years prior relevant work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Once state regulations are met, Grad interns should be striving to provide patient immunizations as this is an essential pharmacist functionPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$30.00 - $30.00Whether in our pharmacies or through our health service offerings, we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health care.
