Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager, to report directly to the Finance Director, who will play a pivotal role in leading our forecasting function for the America’s. You will be responsible for driving the development of consistent financial reporting across all service lines and regions. Our ideal candidate has experience working for a large accounting firm or in a financial planning & analysis team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for the development and maintenance of all Americas financial reporting, ensuring that reports are delivered and distributed on time.
  • Manage the data collection, consolidation, and system loads associated with producing a rolling forecast for Americas.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.
  • Produce models to support the long-range plan.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
  • Delivery of competitor analysis and market trends to the Leadership team.
  • Assist in developing, training, and motivating COE associates to achieve company, team, and individual goals.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements, implementing changes, and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s of Management, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience with expense analysis, forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, and excellent work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Able to solve complex problems.
  • Basic understanding of US GAAP.
  • Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial systems experience, preferably Essbase and Hyperion Planning.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications.
