Medical Director

This Medical Director position would see you become the lead clinical voice for a market leading clinical diagnostics organization. Leadership Responsibilities • Core medical expert to provide guidance and direction for Reagent & Diagnostic instrument development. • Leading interactions with Regulatory agencies & Medical Associations • Owning: Strategy development, PMS, Risk, Commercialisation, • Lead, develop & grow a talented Medical Science Liaison team (currently 6 FTE's)
Key Experience & Characteristics • Medical degree with a licence to practice in the US. • Experience working in practice with decision making responsibilities • Minimum of 2 years industry experience. • Desired medicinal experiences include: Critical Care/ICU, Blood Banking, Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Lab, Haemophilia, Haematology
Target compensation: $350,000 + bonus + benefits
