The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC), a non profit human services agency, is hiring a full time Vocational Job Coach to work out of the training facility in Mechanicsburg, PA.Center for Industrial Training (CIT) is a vocational training community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.The Job Coach will provide job placement services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and implement appropriate training methods and plans based on individual needs.High School diploma or GED requiredA Bachelor's degree or one year of related experience in the field preferred.Experience in working with persons with disabilities helpful.Must possess and maintain a valid PA driver's licenseMust be willing to drive as job requires and function as a designated driver.Must be flexible to the needs of the training site (i.e.: indoor/outdoor, shift work, physical expectations, sedentary positions, etc.).Benefits: Full-time position starting at $15.38 per hour. No weekends, or overtime.
