The Dentist’s role is to provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including a range of procedures and treatments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in dental practices and a commitment to patient education and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various dental procedures, including:

Fillings

Extractions

Root Canal Therapy (RCT)

Fixed and removable prosthetic (i.e. dentures, partials, crowns, bridges, bite guard, and other dental appliances)

Routine dental exams and cleanings

Performing Oral Cancer Screening

Reviewing Patient’s Health History

Prescribing medication to patients as needed

Monitoring teen oral development and growth for Orthodontic referral and evaluation

Perform oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and recommend treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health needs.

Utilize advanced dental technology, such as digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and digital scanner systems to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.

Document all treatment plans and procedures in the patients' Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Deliver personalized dental care tailored to individual patient needs.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment care.

Provide cosmetic dentistry services as required.

Stay current with dental practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

A valid dental license issued by the Dental Board of California.

Current malpractice insurance.

CPR certification (BLS or ACLS).

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team environment.

Proficiency in dental procedures and technologies.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate and empathetic patient care.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
