See what it's like to work at GROWMARK: * PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT * Under the general direction of participating division leadership, this role offers the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience while learning the intricacies of our organization. Each rotation prepares individuals for future roles by building a solid foundation across various business areas. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Participate in structured rotations across core business functions. Gain a deep understanding of our organizational processes, culture, and industry by engaging in department-specific projects. Work closely with leaders and mentors to learn best practices, business strategies, and technical skills specific to each function. Contribute to cross-functional teams by sharing insights from different rotations and offering fresh perspectives on projects and initiatives. Develop and refine problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills through real-world business scenarios and hands-on involvement in daily operations. Attend regular training sessions and workshops focused on leadership development, technical expertise, and industry trends. Shadow key business leaders to understand strategic decision-making processes and overall business direction. Participate in regular feedback and performance evaluations to track progress, identify strengths, and create individualized development plans. * OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS * Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. * REQUIREMENTS * Normally requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or other related field. Prior GROWMARK Internship Program experience preferred. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must have and maintain a valid passport and have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
