(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring proper dosage and delivery of medication to patients and corresponding supervision of mid-level providers in the recovery service. The RS includes a partial hospitalization program, addiction immediate care, intensive outpatient program, and all other psychiatric outpatient services.
This position is responsible for the delivery of medication-assisted treatment, development of prescribing methodology in the various programs, continuous improvement, and review of protocols for treatment options in recovery services. This position will spend approximately 50% of the time overseeing the immediate care addictions program and 50% working with the outpatient recovery services department.
Mon – Fri schedule, no call (voluntary – paid), no weekends. Above average compensation and benefits package.
