The Role:
- Ensure the consistent application of the company's visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines in all design work
- Participate in defining and evolving the brand's visual identity to keep it fresh and relevant in partnership with our Head of Design and Head of Marketing
- Design and maintain the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence
- Optimize the site for conversions and user experience
- Create landing pages and microsites for various marketing campaigns
- Develop a wide range of marketing collateral
- Design eye-catching materials that maintain brand consistency and align with marketing goals
- Create digital assets for marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate marketing strategies and messages into captivating visuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product launches and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table
About You:
- 6+ years of relevant experience as a graphic/visual communication designer at an agency, firm, or in-house studio or team
- A strong portfolio showcasing examples of branding and marketing design, demonstrating a solid knowledge of consumer-focused design principles
- Concrete ability to single-handedly conceptualize and think critically about design
- Relentless attention to detail and enthusiasm for brand stewardship
- Expert project management abilities, including experience in directing freelance or contractors
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other teams and outside agencies
- Collaborative approach and an openness to feedback from peers and partners
- Proficiency with Figma, the Adobe Suite, and other design tools of your choice

This role will be onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
The expected salary for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000 per year.
