Directly reporting to the Inventory Lead, this position helps to ensure that Lake Union location maintains accurate stock levels, allowing us to provide our customers with a steady rate of service. This position also performs stock adjustments, returns, and validates received merchandise, playing a critical role in ensuring the store is staged, stocked, and ready to serve.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Counting inside and outside stock to completing inventory counts according to established timelines
- Looking into inventory corrections and communicating with leadership about discrepancies
- Running stock checks requested from other yards
- Investigating stock discrepancies
- Organizing and managing vendor credit-notes, including tagging and staging
- Managing cull-piles for credit or field destroy
- Assisting in ordering material for the store, both inside and outside stock
- Assisting with updates to signage, stack outs, and end caps as required
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
This is an entry-level position with a paid two-week training period and continued learning while employed. The two-week training is completed on site with your supervisor or at a Training Yard with the Training Department. The training for this position will focus on product knowledge, Point of Sale software, and yard operations.
This position is in a yard/retail environment. This position is largely active and requires employees to be on their feet for most of the shift. The noise level is moderate to loud.
