Marketing Analyst

Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team for a 3-month contract in San Francisco, CA. This position requires working onsite 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and marketing analytics to drive performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with internal and external marketing teams to assess and enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Lead budget scenario planning with media and finance teams to optimize marketing channel usage in alignment with brand objectives.
• Analyze media channel performance and understand concepts like diminishing returns, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations and investment strategies across various paid marketing channels.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) from an advertiser or practitioner's perspective.
• Strong understanding of the complete media funnel, including experience on the media agency side or within an advertiser's media team.
• Expertise in Adobe web analytics and Excel; experience with Omnichannel Retail or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing is a plus.
