This permanent role is being offered on a Monday to Friday basis with flexible working options. In this role you will:Provide administrative support to the integrated supply chain schedules.Maintain product movement records using the 1SAP supply chain process.Support the Management of vendors in adhering to the Logistics Schedule and in meeting the required output, including the management and execution of mine, rail and port contracts.Manage vessel Laytime calculations in accordance with customer contracts Processing and reconciling supply chain vendors, project vendors and general invoices associated with Mt Arthur’s Integrated OperationsAssist with the monitoring, reporting and analysis of logistics performance to planContribute to the management of the pre Free On Board (FOB)Assist with 24/7 on-call scheduling activities Working in a small and close team you will be will be provided with the opportunity to collaborate with all levels of the business and you will have access to supportive, hands-on leaders.
