Enterprise Architect - Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI)

Job Summary
Reporting to the Leader of InSight Vertical Solutions, the Enterprise Architect is a key engineering leader in driving our InSight platform mission to propel digital transformation for our customers with AI. We are seeking a technical leader to drive the technology and development of InSight-based AI solution accelerators for business verticals.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for creating solutions for new and existing IRM customer solutions.
- Active participation in high-level technical design and architecture.
- Participate/Lead design and solution discussions with various Iron Mountain partner vendors.
- Work with various Insight and other Iron Mountain teams to implement complex solutions.
- Work with the domain leadership team on existing features and future roadmap items.
Additional Responsibilities
- Actively develop, test, and deploy code.
- Analyze and resolve issues; escalate issues to senior management when required.
- Responsible for timely and effective solution implementation and deployment to dev, QA, and production.
- Ensure performance and quality of deliverables.
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure validity and verification of deliverables.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues that may impede the success of the project.
Skills Required
- Proven Experience as a Java Full Stack Developer including Web Development or Similar Role.
- Proficient in programming Languages - Python OR Java.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Familiarity with Code Repositories: Bitbucket or Git.
- Experience with Build Tools: Jenkins.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with API Integration (RESTful).
- Understanding of JSON and XML.
- Proficient in Microservices architecture.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Qualifications Required
12+ years experience in architecture, design, and software development. Experience building innovative Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) digital solutions is highly desirable.
