What You’ll Do:
- Support financial advisors by preparing financial plans and analyses, gathering client data, and ensuring that client plans and strategies are correctly implemented.
- Assist in building financial plans : After the advisor meets with clients, use financial planning software to input data, run scenarios, and help develop personalized financial plans and analyses. Prepare detailed reports and supporting documentation that aligns with the client's financial goals and strategies to ensure the plans are ready for the next client meeting.
- Maintain client records and Input client data , including risk tolerance and financial goals, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information. Manage client data effectively, keeping it organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Track and log financial planning activities, meeting notes, recommendations, and workflows in our CRM to ensure current client plans.
- Event Participation : Attend evening workshops several times monthly, interact with prospects and clients, and support our advisors as they present financial concepts.
- Client Interaction & Proposals : As allowable by law and after proper licensing and training, answer client questions and provide information about their accounts and services. Prepare files for investment proposals and portfolio reviews.

What You’ll Need:
- No direct experience is required , but experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
- PA Life & Health Insurance License (required within 90 days of hire).
- Strong data input skills and comfort using financial software.
- The ability to commit to at least 36 hours per week .
- The flexibility to adjust your hours around evening workshops several times per month.
- A genuine desire to help people and improve their financial lives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation of $26.71 per hour .
- Bonus potential in addition to base pay.
- 36-hour work week : Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM.
