We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst with experience working in FinTech or startups. You will support our core financial product team and with your deep technical and analytical skills, coupled with your strategic mindset, you will help our product team extract valuable business insights that will help shape our products and roadmaps.
What you'll do:
- Partner with our core financial products team (Onboarding, Accounts and Cards) to understand their analytics needs, create dashboards and reports that allow them to execute more effectively;
- Analyze data to find actionable insights that lead to business insights and opportunities;
- Own deep-dives resulting from business reviews and present findings to stakeholders;
- Work with business planners and decision makers to translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses using complex, multi-source data;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and report business and operational insights to leadership;
- Relevant work experience in business intelligence, data science, business analytics, or related roles in big data environments on Senior roles;
- Experience with business intelligence analytics, reporting, visualization tools and methods (ie. Quicksight, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc);
- Experience with a scripting language (preferably Python) for analysis;
- Practical experience in compiling complex analytical reports;
- Previous experience working in a startup environment or in FinTech preferred but not required.
- Experience working with a high growth FinTech;
- Additional coding languages (Java, R, JS, etc);
- Data Engineering and Data Science experience;
- Experience within a Fraud and Risk Analytics team;
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
