Who You Are

You are a self-starter and experienced marketer, keen to be involved from lead generation to sales closure. You are well-suited to a dynamic team and agile enough to do what is needed. You have the energy and capacity to drive our marketing efforts within the Enterprise Software solutions space across all Industry Sectors.

What You’ll Do

  1. Be responsible for all digital ecosystem elements like website, social media accounts, CRM infrastructure and its link with offline touch points.
  2. Work internally and externally to develop content and ensure that it is coherent, relevant, and gains visibility on media channels (websites, blogs, and all social media accounts), contributing to the overall content strategy.
  3. Plan and implement digital ad campaigns such as SEM, social, and display by coordinating external and internal resources to complete on time and on budget.
  4. Track data-driven online performance, analysis, reporting of your activities and deriving improvement measures.
  5. Collaborate with sales to identify their needs and content necessary to engage and close prospects.
  6. Work alongside Product Marketing Manager to ensure that all activities are coordinated and exchange best practices.
  7. Organize and schedule webinars and offline events.
  8. Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

What You’ll Bring to the Party

  1. 5+ years of B2B enterprise Marketing experience.
  2. Presentation and influence skills for customers, prospects & partners.
  3. Proficient in productivity, collaboration, marketing automation, and CRM tools (like Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Pardot, Omniture, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
  4. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
  5. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. A team player!
  6. Proven success developing business value propositions and marketing assets in one or more of the following industries: Technology & Services, Software, Internet, Start Up, Media, or similar.
  7. HRTech or Recruiting experience is a big plus.
