Position: Program Director within the Ryan White Program

Location: Augusta, GA (No relocation assistance offered)

Starting Salary: $68,677.00

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and implement the Ryan White Program, including budgeting and financial accountability.
  • Evaluate the program for compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Write grants and manage funding for the Ryan White HIV Program.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement measures.
  • Provide administrative support for the Project Impact clinic.
  • Build capacity among program providers and people with HIV.
  • Participate in community outreach to promote the program.
  • Oversee coordination with external/internal partners to end the HIV epidemic.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution AND three years of experience managing professional level staff OR seven years of related professional experience with three years managing at a level equivalent to the area of assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience caring for the target population.
