Starting Salary: $68,677.00

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and implement the Ryan White Program, including budgeting and financial accountability.
- Evaluate the program for compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Write grants and manage funding for the Ryan White HIV Program.
- Develop and implement continuous quality improvement measures.
- Provide administrative support for the Project Impact clinic.
- Build capacity among program providers and people with HIV.
- Participate in community outreach to promote the program.
- Oversee coordination with external/internal partners to end the HIV epidemic.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution AND three years of experience managing professional level staff OR seven years of related professional experience with three years managing at a level equivalent to the area of assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience.
- Experience caring for the target population.
