Description: The Associate General Counsel at JM&A Group is primarily responsible for providing strategic advice to ensure new and existing F&I products, reinsurance structures and dealer participation structures are compliant with applicable federal and state law. They also implement policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state consumer privacy laws and navigate the legal landscape of artificial intelligence regulations.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Strong experience in compliance oversight related to F&I products, reinsurance, and dealer participation structures.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state consumer privacy laws, as well as regulations pertaining to artificial intelligence.
• Experience in corporate law, with a focus on contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
