Director, Project Advance Project Management

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
Ensure projects are executed effectively through a disciplined approach that manages project execution plans and processes within defined timelines and budgets for all projects in scope.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drive the program to deliver on time and targets.
- Provide quality assurance to project deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to CPO and ExCo on project process, risks, and value to date.
- Ensure alignment among all stakeholders involved on project requirements and expectations; escalate issues.
- Run the implementation process (meeting scheduling, materials prep, talking points prep).
CAPABILITIES:
- Process management skills (ability to drive a complex program to a regular and firm drumbeat with multiple stakeholders & time).
- People and context management (many & varied stakeholders involved).
- Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to build executive-level project presentations.
- Ability to synthesize key messages, implications, and required actions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, either for a global company or with a consulting firm with global clients.
- Relevant experience with project management applications and MS Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement and alignment at each level.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a full-time, exempt position in the Denver Office.
COMPENSATION:
$148,839-$230,000
