Overview:
Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.
You will be joining the GSA Credit Risk Change Team. The team is responsible for driving and facilitating regulatory compliance, strategic transformation, and process re-engineering in relation to the end-to-end credit life cycle for the Corporate and Investment Bank. The delivery of change requires close collaboration with key functions within GSA and Credit and more broadly across the Bank, namely, Front Office and Finance. You will be supporting the execution of a key deliverable that is high profile and part of the broader Bank wide transformation, The programs are heavily comprised of regulatory content and deliverables which requires an ability to read, interpret and track action plans related to regulatory deliveries.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage program delivery including risks, issues, actions and dependencies; ensuring project and program status information is kept up to date ready for program reporting
- Record and maintain the information and regularly follow up on progress of them with owners
- Prepare for monthly governance reporting / materials and other ad-hoc meetings
- Financial analysis including preparation of financial data with commentary on variations in partnership with technology business partners
- Manage action plans across regulatory findings and regulatory adherence
How You’ll Lead:
- Positively influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority
- Managing upward communications to effectively escalate and inform decision-making
- Clearly and effectively communicate with different teams across a variety of locations and time zones
Skills You’ll Need:
- Moderate experience of managing projects, and experience in using Clarity and Jira would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in agile project management
- Experience with regulators and regulatory remediation
- Strong planning and control experience
Skills That Will Help You Excel:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to confidently work with senior management
- Ability to frame key messages for senior management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self starter
Expectations:
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
