CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF SALES
As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Corporate Director of Sales plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, supporting sales efforts throughout the entirety of the Company, managing the Asset Recovery Team, and coordinating with Division Director of Sales to support successful sales campaigns.
As a Corporate Director of Sales at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by serves as the companywide subject matter expert on the selling system(s) for all product lines, supporting the development of the sales system across the organization.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Primary authority for the West Shore Home Sales System which includes updating the doctrine and policies that are directly related to the sales system.
  • Coach, teach, and mentor the Division Director of Sales (East and West).
  • Serve as the companywide subject matter expert on everything regarding the sales of the window/door, shower/bath, and any additional product lines launched by West Shore Home.
  • Develop and integrate the sales system as new product offerings and product lines are introduced throughout the enterprise.
  • Strategically plan and execute targeted visits to branches and regions with the intent to identify talent, grow sales performance, or develop Stratum II and III leaders on sales strategy.
  • Establish a weekly rhythm for communication with the Training and Leadership Development (TLD) team to establish alignment between your efforts and the efforts of the In-Home Sales training staff.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of all West Shore Home sales processes and the implementation of technology involved with all these processes.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mindset by assessing and improving on the West Shore Home sales methodology.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing on behalf of Regional Operations for promotion schedules and financing plans.
  • Partner with the Legal, Finance, Business Systems/IT, and PMO departments to develop new sales systems initiatives and amend any relevant sales policies because of new initiatives.
  • Support the inside operations team as they identify new suppliers of materials including any existing product lines and any new product line offerings.
  • Independently research sales trends and develop ACT Cycle to improve organizational performance to recommend to CRO and VPs of Regional Operations Divisions.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales to develop conversation strategies that are nested with the Regional Operations sales methodology to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Expected to travel up to 50% per year based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual in person attendance consistent with the ADAAA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated success in the West Shore Home sales system.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully train and coach peers and subordinates.
  • Ability to analyze sales data for branch, regional, and companywide trends.
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.

  • Schedule: The standard workweek for this position is Monday – Friday, in office and in the field in customer’s homes. Possibility of evening and weekend work while traveling to other locations.
