Desired Skills/Experience:
- 4 year Civil Engineering degree
- 1+ years of progressive experience in transportation/highway design
- PennDOT and WVDOH experience preferred
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- NO Micromanaging!
