Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join us full-time on-site in Austin, Texas. This role will be crucial in scaling MentorPass to its next growth phase. As part of a lean team, you’ll spend the majority of your time on hands-on development, gradually transitioning to a leadership role as the team expands. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the product and engineering team from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with expertise in the MERN tech stack
- Proven track record of scaling tech products from $1M to $10M+/yr
- Experience building and leading product and engineering teams
- Strong communication, project management, and product delivery skills
- Team player with an excellent attitude and work ethic
- Solid product, growth, and business sense
