We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to organize and run the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes but is not limited to reviewing window treatment orders, booking in-home and virtual consultations, calling vendors and tracking shipments, scheduling install appointments, entering invoices, data entry, answering phones, and overall customer support. You should be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail as well as be able to work independently and prioritize tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all office tasks
- Answer business phones and handle requests
- Execute defined procedures/processes to eliminate errors and keep office organized
- Effectively use office software(s) to:
- Schedule appointments
- Review Product Orders
- Data Entry
- Manage product delivery and installation, including checking in and laying out boxes for installation
- Manage office supplies and order as necessary
- Resolve customer reported issues or escalate
- Follow up with suppliers, customers and colleagues regarding issues or questions
- Distribute communications to team as necessary
- Collect payments from customers
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of office software and equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of technology overall
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
