You are a Personal Lines Account Manager with 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience who is ready to step up to the big leagues. You are committed to providing only the highest level of service for your clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities and deadlines with ease. You are well-versed in Personal Lines insurance products such as Home, Auto, and Umbrella coverages and may have experience working with Private Client Group clients. You are proficient in Surplus lines and coastal risks. You get to know your clients and what their needs are. You are comfortable communicating with clients via email and phone. This is a relationship business, and you recognize and appreciate that. Following a set of detailed procedures is important to you. You have experience in quoting and working with some of the top national and regional insurance carriers. You are motivated by hard work and doing what is right. Accuracy and attention to detail are strong points of yours. You are proud of your work and doing what is best for your clients. You enjoy and are up for a challenge!
Hybrid schedule is also a possibility for this position after training period.
Job Summary:
This individual will proactively manage an assigned book of business. This person will act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance and upsell / cross sell opportunities to new and existing Personal Lines clients. This role strictly adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines spelled out in our Professional Procedure Manual.
What you bring to the table:

  • 3+Years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably at an agency
  • Experience with Surplus Lines and Coastal risks required
  • Producer License is Mandatory (MA or RI)
  • Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • AAI, AIS, or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
  • Fluency in MS office products
