Qualifications
As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and training our sales staff to provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in automotive sales management and a passion for driving results.
- 2+ years Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience - REQUIRED
- Prior Subaru experience is a REQUIRED
- Preferred familiarity with Eleads and ease in utilizing the system
- Ability to build, drive, and train a strong, high performing sales team

Compensation
- The estimated monthly earnings range for this position is $12,000 - $16,000.
- Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the assigned location.
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older
- You are required to possess or obtain a valid California Auto Sales License
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
