**Job Description:**
- Work in a medical/surgical setting with a focus on common diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, and CHF.
- Manage a 42-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 5 or 1 to 6.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
- Wear navy blue scrubs while on duty.
- Float to other medical units as needed within the skill set.
- Weekend work required every other weekend.
- Participate in a mandatory orientation session (orientation hours are calculated with a multiplier of 0.000).
- No call requirements.
- RNs may need to float to other areas for support.
