Summary:

The Regional Director manages the New Acquisition channel. He/she supports the strategy, development, and execution of the business plan and human capital strategy for the channel. This role is accountable for developing action plans to meet or exceed operations goals for their area. He/she must be adept at building engagement and alignment through strong people leadership, including exceptional talent development, and effective communication and collaboration. He/she will collaborate and input with functional leadership to support the growth and development of operations teams in the territory.

Major Responsibilities:
Leadership:

  • Drive results by leading by example, building strong relationships, and influencing teams of TE managers. Provide clarity of vision and expectations for execution; role model effective coaching and performance feedback, prioritize resources; and facilitate alignment of the teams.
  • Support the execution of a strong talent management plan, including talent assessment, selection, empowerment, coaching, motivation, and retention of top talent; build and develop succession plans and talent pipelines.
  • Executes operating efficiencies and dynamics for successful sales programs and processes. Ensures consistency in field SG (self-generated) activities.
  • Executes operating efficiencies and dynamics for successful operations programs and processes.
  • Ensures consistency in field operations process.

Functional:

  • Directs revenue growth and profitability of the overall operation for a designated area.
  • Formulates a sound business plan that includes budgeting, cost analysis, and cost controls.
  • Plans and coordinates the activities of the New Acquisition operations for an area.
  • Maintains a high level of quality and timely service to customers for maximum retention.
  • Develops and maintains liaisons with appropriate public safety officers, sub-contractors, and associated industry contacts.
  • Monitors competitive activities within territory and collaborates with Operations Managers and Operations Support to recommend and implement tactical defenses.
  • Collaborates with Operations and the other Business Units to deliver the best solutions to our employees and customers to increase acquisition, decrease attrition, reduce Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC) and Cost to Serve (CTS), and deliver flawless service.
  • Partners with operations to ensure successful installation and maintenance of products and services to meet customer needs.

Education:

  • 4-year college degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or other related field of discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of operations and operations management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership operations.
  • Assessing, coaching, and developing talent and managing multi-disciplinary organizations.
  • Establishing business direction and executing strategy development and implementation.
  • Led a significant business unit of similar size, scoping, designing, and implementing business solutions to build/grow a market.
  • Influencing business decisions in a highly matrixed organization.

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at either our North Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, or Missouri locations. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

The salary range for this role is $134,400-$201,600 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonuses and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, and paid time off, among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
