Primary Accountability: Solutions Sales

  1. Be responsible for new client acquisition, and key account management.
  2. Oversee a revenue target and be responsible for client development.
  3. Oversee fee and cost strategies.
  4. Identify key business segments in India.
  5. Develop continual revenue from key accounts.
  6. Introduce new “learning” and solutions into new clients.
  7. Actively look for new opportunities to grow the business.

Professional Development

Be constantly “refreshed” through attending CCL colloquia, CCL programs and training, and/or access other learning opportunities to stay current on CCL products, publications, research, and processes, etc.
Constantly learn, and bring value to the team.
Liaise closely with Singapore and US on latest designs and custom solutions.

Profile of Ideal Candidate

  1. University degree, strongly preferred.
  2. Good communication skills and proficient in English.
  3. 12 years’ experience in business development and/or solutions selling.
  4. Familiarity with leadership, organization development, and talent management solutions.
  5. Experience in account management, and especially growing revenue from key accounts.
  6. Track record of building new business/segments.
  7. Experience with working across Asia Pacific.
  8. Passion for leadership development, enjoys challenges and possesses good cross-cultural savvy.
  9. Good business acumen, and comfortable with managing revenue targets.
