The Crown Is Yours
As the Accounting Intern, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager in the Corporate Finance department. This role will have the opportunity to experience the full-cycle Q2 accounting close process, including various month-end close activities, key finance meetings, issuance of the quarterly financials and the earnings call.
What you'll do as an Accounting Intern
- Assist with month end close process activities, including posting journal entries and updating account reconciliations.
- Assist consolidation team with domestic and international consolidation of financial data used for SEC reporting.
- Participate in monthly CFO Dashboard meeting with Finance leadership to review and analyze results.
- Support the Company's external financial reporting process of Form 10-Q including preparation and review of financial statements, tie-outs, disclosure checklist, etc.
- Assist with research, analysis, and documentation of technical accounting position papers.
- Ad hoc requests relating to statutory audits, state and subsidiary specific.
- Ad hoc requests relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, software capitalization, compliance, SOX and other general accounting areas.
- On track to obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle volumes of data with high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Knowledge of NetSuite and/or Coupa software is a plus
- Prior internships a plus

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.00 USD - 20.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
