Job Title: Litigation & Bankruptcy SpecialistJob DescriptionAs a Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of classified relationships, focusing on reducing non-performing assets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing collection strategies, recognizing and preventing write-offs, repossessing or preserving collateral, and preventing any merit-based actions against the company. You will strategize for the resolution of troubled accounts, protect company assets, arrange for equipment repossession in compliance with laws and policies, and assign and monitor accounts with various collection agencies.
