The Role
CR Powered by Epiroc is now looking for a proactive and self-motivatedCustomer Service Representative - Lead to provide exceptional customer service in our Americas (USA, Canada and LATAM) region. As a Customer Service Lead you will be instrumental in supporting the coordination and timely delivery of orders through our third-party logistics warehouses. You will act as key contact point by coordinating receipts and shipments to and from the North American warehouse locations with internal and external stakeholders within the CR powered by Epiroc Supply Chain.
This is a unique opening for someone with a strong background in international shipping and incoterms to take on a dynamic role that gives you the opportunity to work at our Tigard office, Portland in a hybrid role.
The successful applicant will have:
- 3-5 years of Customer Service/Order Management experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English at a professional level is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
