- Up to 1 night per week of on-call duty
- Up to 1 weekend shift of work per month
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth operation process
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery
- Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly
- Support surgeons during operations with necessary instruments and materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in the operating room
