Job Title: Technologist - CT/Radiologic Technologist
Job Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT)/Radiologic Technology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings; three 12-hour shifts from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital experience; CT experience required. Travel experience preferred, with at least 6 months in duration.
License: New Hampshire State Medical Imaging License
Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS (AHA)
Must-Have: High proficiency in C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, PACS, and IV Placement
Job Description:
- Perform specialized technical duties including setting up radiography equipment, positioning patients, and acquiring diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures.
- Work across various settings, including surgery and portable X-ray, for detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology.
- Must work with patient populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
- Use and maintain a variety of equipment including GE Proteus, Siemens Luminos Agile, Fuji DR GO Portable, and Toshiba Prime 80 CT scanner.
- Utilize Meditech RIS and Fuji Synapse PACS.
- Adhere to dress code: personal scrubs of any color, no denim, and closed-toe shoes required.
- Be willing to work holidays as needed, as this is a short assignment.
- Provide work history, a current skills checklist pertinent to the position, two supervisory references from the past two years, and required licenses/certifications.
