Vp marketing

• Candidates must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the US
• First and foremost you are a subject matter expert in paid and organic search marketing (particularly Google AdWords)
• Minimum of 5+ years of in-depth experience in paid and organic search at scale managing budgets of over $200,000 of monthly spend
• Minimum 3+ years in a B2B e-commerce environment with a massive number of SKUs (minimum 300,000 SKUs)
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience in a marketing department

Responsibilities

• This will be an individual contributor role to start with the expectation of building a team
• Reporting to the CEO, you will have a high degree of autonomy and an expectation to both drive strategy and an execution model
• The top-line goal is to double online sales within 12 months of starting
• Drive the overall marketing strategy to double online sales within 12 months
• Source and manage vendors
• Design and manage various projects
• Hire and grow an internal team as needed
• Generous base salary DOE (negotiable with overall package)
• Bonuses based on key objectives such as decreased durations, delivery of internal projects, and other KPIs
• 100% work from home
