We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Washington DC, playing a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts within our most important market, the USA. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the successful candidate will leverage their experience and network to fill key positions across Sales, Technical, Support and Admin roles, contributing to the continued success and growth of Cora Systems.

Recruitment Specialist - USA (Hybrid Role based in Washington DC)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Washington DC, playing a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts within our most important market, the USA. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the successful candidate will leverage their experience and network to fill key positions across Sales, Technical, Support and Admin roles, contributing to the continued success and growth of Cora Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Cora's growth objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Technical, Support and Admin roles, ensuring a timely and high-quality hiring process.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize your experience, especially in the Aerospace & Defence and GovCon sectors, to attract top talent in alignment with Cora's critical verticals.
- Networking: Leverage your existing network and establish new connections within the Washington DC area to tap into local talent pools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Cora's commitment to a positive and enjoyable working environment.
- Adherence to Company Values: Uphold and promote Cora Systems' values of openness, transparency, and dedication to client success in all recruitment activities.
- Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong self-motivation and organizational skills to successfully source and recruit key talent.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years tech recruitment/HR experience.
- Proven experience in recruiting for Sales, Technical, Support and Admin roles.
- Knowledge and experience in hiring within the Aerospace & Defence and GovCon sectors is advantageous.
- Strong network within the Washington DC job market and experience of hiring across the country.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive company culture.
- Stronger understanding of technical roles in software industry.
- A degree in an HR-related field.
