Inclusively is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire a Sales Account Manager, Staff. Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.

In this role you will be responsible for enabling sales of emulation, FPGA prototyping and virtual prototyping products. You will work with customers to understand their hardware & software verification needs, coordinating with technical experts to develop and present solutions. You will assist in creating business proposals and closing business agreements. You will work with technical teams to ensure customer success and business growth.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Ability to manage complex business and technical engagements resulting in customer success and business growth.
  2. Effective communication with a broad range of technical and non-technical individuals.
  3. A good understanding of the IC and software design and verification processes.
  4. Good understanding of SOC architectures, uProcessors, GPUs, design IP integration including firmware, bare-metal and drivers.
  5. Have a strong system engineering view, working with software and hardware teams, and familiarity with models ranging from abstract to actual production code.

Preferred Experience:

  1. A BS with at least 5-8 years of experience in the IC or software design space is preferred.
  2. A history of success selling or supporting complex technical products and services preferably around the semiconductor industry.
  3. Experience communicating business value to executives.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $120,000-$180,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
