Job Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee property marketing services and creative production to support comprehensive resort operations.

The Marketing Manager will oversee property marketing services and creative production to support comprehensive resort operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages resort-wide creative requests from operations, including but not limited to hard and digital signage, collateral, and menu builds/reprints (20+ per month).
- Collaborates with Camelback's PR agency to coordinate media visits and communicates key resort updates and launch dates.
- Oversees creative content on all property signage, wayfinding, elevators, and digital displays, ensuring seasonal promotions for key business units and activities.
- Manages logistics for photo, video, and commercial shoots, in partnership with Camelback's brand agency.
- Ensures digital content reflects current operational details across all attractions and food & beverage outlets.
- Acts as the primary Marketing liaison for the Events team, highlighting activities to guests through key Marketing channels.
- Has working knowledge of web/app design & strategy, videography, photography, and drone usage.
- Maintains a working knowledge of budget management.
- A passionate, multi-faceted marketing professional with 2-5 years' experience, preferably in hospitality or integrated resort operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented, with a commitment to accountability and impact.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
