( of RoleThe Lead, Collaboration Engineer is the subject matter expert, supporting Under Armour's global collaboration equipment, standards, configuration, and support for UA’s Hybrid Teammates. The equipment and virtual support include but is not limited to Audiovisual, Cisco, Digital Signage, and Digital Showrooms. The Collaboration Engineer will work closely with but not limited to:Go To Market Team for setting showroom standards, system support, and sell-in planning.Corporate Real Estate with small to medium moves and changesThe Lead, Collaboration Engineer, will support Under Armour's helpdesk team globally with device maintenance, upgrades, and full production support and has strong customer focused mindset.Your ImpactOversee setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV and video conferencing systems.Evaluate and optimize hardware/software integration, such as interactive displays and digital whiteboards.Manage physical installation and deployment of new collaboration technologies in shared spaces.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.Facilitate team engagement and collaboration through in-person interactions.Partner with internal teams and vendors for live event production and technical support.Align business and IT strategies with Solutions Technology Leaders.Provide technical support and guidance, including L4 support for the Help Desk.Develop standards for collaboration systems and manage small technology moves.Maintain documentation, system updates, and vendor relationships for equipment and platforms.QualificationsBachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience OR typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degreeStrong understanding of supporting audio and video over the network. Cloud, SIP, RTMP, NDI, LAN/WAN, Dante, AES67.Familiar with Crestron, Biamp, BrightSign, and Cisco equipment.Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives.Skilled in reading construction/engineering drawings and understanding emerging tech trends.Landscape such as: Collaboration Technology, Cisco Collaboration technology, Crestron, Extron, and Buildings IOT.Understanding of Appspace, Cisco Control Hub, Microsoft TeamsExperience with VR and Hologram TechnologiesBusiness relationship and stakeholder management experienceExperience enhancing the quality of IT products and services.Experience analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.Finding technological solutions to business requirements.Workplace LocationLocation: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQoffice.Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.Travel: minimal travelLicenses/Certifications: CTS or CTS-D preferredRelocationNo relocation provided#LI-CP1#LI-HYBRIDBase Compensation$121,520.00 - $167,091.10 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
