Overview:

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist – Sales Enablement to support our marketing and sales alignment efforts, focusing on driving brand awareness and sales enablement. This role will contribute to our sales initiatives, help build our presence with both clients and consultants, and support growth within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about collaborating with sales teams, creating impactful content, and assisting with marketing efforts across the US and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to capture success stories, assist in developing marketing materials that support sales pitches, and ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
  • Create Sales-Driven Content: Help develop case studies, success stories, capability statements, and other sales collateral to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Support Offshore Team Management: Assist in coordinating with a team of two marketing professionals based in India, contributing to content creation, research, and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Marketing Tools: Leverage tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms to assist in developing and managing marketing materials that resonate with clients and consultants.
  • Brand Awareness: Contribute to efforts that increase brand awareness with customers and consultants, helping ARK Solutions, Inc. become a recognized name in the staffing industry.
  • Research and Insights: Collaborate with the offshore team to conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Build a Marketing-Sales Partnership: Foster a collaborative environment where the sales team can rely on marketing for consistent support and resources.
  • Ensure Consistent Branding: Support the creation of marketing materials that align with company branding, reinforcing ARK Solutions' positioning to both external clients and internal consultants.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally with some exposure to the staffing industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems and platforms like ZoomInfo to support marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with content creation that supports sales efforts, such as case studies, success stories, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively with sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C branding strategies.
  • Interest in developing brand awareness through innovative marketing techniques.
