Estimator / Sales Person

Job Description: The Estimator responds to any and all requests for quotes and potential sales leads. The Estimator compiles all necessary cost data and translates that into an estimate for the client. They also follow up on all sales leads and post sale check-ins for quality assurance.
Job Responsibilities:

• Visit with clients to determine the scope of work needed
• Calculate factors like labor, materials and overhead costs before project begins
• Maintain records systematically
• Assist procurement with ordering for sold jobs
• Address correspondence, complaints, and queries immediately with sales clients
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors as necessary

• High school diploma
• Valid Driver's License and full insurability as a driver meeting company's insurance requirements
