IT & Infrastructure Support Specialist Miami
Our client is a small but leading medical device company in the field of non-invasive neurological treatments. For their office in Miami, they are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Customer & Infrastructure Support Specialist.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 3 years of experience from a small or medium-size company as a System Administrator
2. At least 3 years of experience in the management of physical and logical security systems
3. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ISO/IEC 17799, SOC2 framework
4. AD Infrastructure administrations (users/groups/OU/GPOs)
5. Hands-on experience with VMware / Hyper-V management
6. A good knowledge of managing network infrastructure, managing connections/ports on Switches. Experience with TCP/UDP, VLANs, WAN and ISP
7. Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft systems – Windows 7, 10 and Office 2016/2019
8. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and enterprise software issues
9. Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
10. Outstanding client service capabilities
11. High capabilities of independent troubleshooting
12. Willingness to travel domestically at least twice a month to TX
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the product IT & customer data security in North America
2. Be customer facing with the sales and sales operations team to take the lead and drive the product IT architecture and data security discussions during contracting to a successful and timely conclusion
3. Complete IT security questionnaires, MDS2 forms, and other similar requests from customers, and walk customers through the documentation
4. Lead US IT operations supporting office infrastructure & employees SLA in North America
5. Handle the IT perspective of product remote support at the customer sites in the North America region
