Our Account Manager will be held accountable for:
  • Upholds SmartBank Core Values and Core Purpose.
  • Adheres to and embraces the SmartBank Way by Acting Smart, Looking Smart and Being Smart.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Service all existing accounts, including phone calls and in-office visits.
  • Prepare & market insurance quotes for producers for assigned accounts
  • Handle in-office quotes and direct sales
  • Process and complete insurance applications, enrollments, change request and terminations as needed. s.
  • Follow up and work accounts receivable.
  • Review new products of new and existing companies.
  • Maintain and work monthly expiration lists.
Ideal candidates for the role will include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Insurance experience and appropriate insurance licensing required
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance products
