Job Description
Summary:
The Sales BDC Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
- Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Generate and schedule sales appointments.
- Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
- Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- OTE (On Target Earnings): $60,000 to $84,000 / year (if meeting and exceeding store quota and goals).
*The E-Sales Agent Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of nineteen dollars an hour. The position may also pay commission compensation based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.*
