Pay Range:$27.72 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15+) .
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:(RN OR "REGISTERED NURSE" OR BSN OR NURSE) AND (BLS OR ACLS OR "BASIC LIFE SUPPORT" OR "ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR LIFE SUPPORT").
- 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience.
- IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED HOWEVER, THEY WOULD BE OPEN FOR LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
- Current BLS required.
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN is preferred.
- Shift Details:Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p and Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a.
