All is Well Holistic Spa in Katy TX is Seeking an Experienced Spa Director!

Salary: $100,000/year or more (commensurate with experience and performance)

Our luxury wellness spa has been successfully operating for 7 years, and we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Spa Director to take it to the next level.

The ideal candidate will not only oversee operations but also focus on driving profitability, scaling the business, and creating exceptional guest experiences—all while running the spa independently without hands-on involvement from the owner/founders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the spa's financial success by increasing profitability and driving revenue growth.
2. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 30+ service providers while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
3. Oversee a spa with annual revenues of $1.5 million or more, with a proven history of exceeding financial targets.
4. Demonstrate a proven ability to scale and expand a wellness spa.
5. Run the spa autonomously, allowing the owner/founders to remain hands-off.
6. Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a high-revenue spa, ideally in a luxury setting.
2. A strong track record of driving profits and successfully scaling a spa or wellness business.
3. Proficiency in Meevo POS and experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.
4. A passion for wellness, exceptional client care, and team development.
