About the Job:

As Product Suite Management Analyst, you will play a key role in inventorying, analyzing and gathering requirements for a suite of technology devices. You will report up to a senior consultant and work under the network security team with cyber security being a focus when performing analysis on these devices. You will work closely with network security stakeholders, device end users and IT technicians and engineers to understand the products use cases, product roadmap and enhancements and device specifications. You will be work with a project team, program lead, product owners, and client stakeholders to resolve conflicts and remove barriers, and ensure deliverables are on-time and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for business analysis, design and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction, issues and product goals. You will be the liaison between business units, network security SMEs, architecture and product ownership.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Gather information, build and manage a IoT product inventory for the client's technology organization

  • Work closely with the program leads on prioritization of project tasks

  • Develop, organize, and track deliverables and timelines as defined in the project scope of work

  • Obtain and document status updates for team members assigned to a given project/task

  • Work with client & product stakeholders to understand use cases, issues, and enhancement requests for the products

  • Setup and participate in project meetings with client SMEs and 3rd party service vendors where you will keep minutes, record key decisions and action items

  • Maintain an understanding of technical and functional requirements to ensure gaps are identified and addressed in a timely manner

  • Document and be able to explain problems, issues and roadblocks that are observed by stakeholders

  • Update and organize all product documentation

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 3 or more years of project-related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education (Technical background is a plus)

  • Experience in cyber or network security is preferred but not required

  • Experience with product enhancements or product implementation projects preferred

  • Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm highly desired

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required

  • Experience working with project stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements

  • Ability to research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

  • Understands project methodologies Agile preferred
