IT Applications Manager (RELEX/Space Planning)

The IT Applications Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and Applications Administrators to support the business goals and needs. This role involves aligning team direction with business strategies, managing IT projects, and promoting the effective use of technology across the organization. Strong experience with RELEX/Space Planning/Pricing Applications is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team has the necessary capabilities to support business needs
• Align team direction with business strategies
• Translate corporate goals into key IT projects
• Prioritize needs and plan work to meet business requirements
• Communicate the value of service delivered by the team to executives
• Lead the improvement of key business processes
• Provide technical guidance to IT peers and other departments

Requirements:

• B.S. / B.A. in related field
• 5+ years of Retail / IT experience
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Passion for achieving company growth objectives

Salary Range: $123,600 - $185,500. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
