Paul Davis Restoration of West L.A. is looking for a professional and energetic Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives. The position will be based in their Playa Vista office just blocks from the beach and will be responsible for calling on both new and existing accounts, client and market research, growing the Paul Davis Brand both digitally and traditionally, event attendance, database administration and other sales objectives as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and detail oriented.

Position Summary:

  1. To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
  2. To promote the services of Paul Davis
  3. To build industry relationships

Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling.
  2. Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  3. Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals.
  4. Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards.
  5. Utilize CRM software to upload contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
  6. Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 Years of commercial/residential services sales experience A MUST
  2. Willingness to travel as needed
  3. Strong verbal and written communications
  4. Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
  5. Experience working with a CRM preferred
