- Opportunity to practice full spectrum Family Medicine (Without OB)
- Outpatient only practice ensuring a balanced work life environment
- Clinical responsibilities to include ages 18 yrs and above, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (2-3 days with Flexible option to extend to Full time)
- 8 hour shift
- No nights
- No weekends
We seek candidates who:
- Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of AZ
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- DEA registration certificate.
Work Location: In person with option to do Telemedicine one day a week
